By using Piemetrics services (Free or Pro), you acknowledge that we may identify you as a customer.
Corporate Identity: We reserve the right to use your business name and logo on our website and marketing materials to demonstrate our market reach.
Opt-out: You may request the removal of your logo from our public-facing materials at any time by contacting

4. Data Retention: Our "Data Moat" Principle
We retain data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:
Service History: We maintain historical pricing data to provide year-on-year benchmarking.
Algorithmic Training: Anonymized or aggregated data is retained indefinitely to improve our AI pricing models and market trend analysis, as permitted under the "Statistical Purposes" provision of the DUAA 2025.
Account Data: Personal account data is kept for the duration of your subscription plus 6 years to comply with UK limitation periods for legal claims.
